Development status: Driftlings is still in development and is not yet available on Google Play. This page describes, from the current source code, how the app is being designed to behave. It will be finalised as the formal privacy policy before any release, and updated if behaviour changes.

Driftlings does not access personal information, sensors, media or files.

Nothing. Driftlings has no mechanism for uploading your data.
Sharing and Third-Party Services
No data is shared with third parties. The app contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.
Permissions
Driftlings requests no Android permissions at all.

- The packaged game requests no Android permissions.
- Ranks, cosmetics, achievements and settings are saved locally with atomic writes and a safety copy.
- Daily routes are generated from the date, so they work offline.
Data Retention
Saves persist on the device until the game is uninstalled.
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the game removes its saves.
Children and Age Considerations
Driftlings is a general-audience app. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

If the app's behaviour changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Material changes for a released app will also be reflected in its Google Play listing.
