Terms of Use

Plain-language terms for using this website. They describe, honestly, how the site is offered — and they have not been drafted or reviewed by a solicitor.

The Website

This site is the official portfolio, information and support site for YahHeard software. Its content is provided in good faith and "as is", without warranties of any kind. Using the site costs nothing and requires no account.

Project Pages and Development Content

Many project pages describe software that is still in development. Those descriptions are honest snapshots, not promises: features, names, designs and release plans may change, and unreleased projects may never launch. Status badges (such as In Development or Beta) mean what they say.

Imagery labelled "development preview" is illustrative artwork, not a screenshot of a finished product.

Intellectual Property

The YahHeard name, the YH logo and the content of this site belong to YahHeard and may not be reused without permission, except as permitted by law. App names identify YahHeard projects; third-party names (such as festival names appearing inside app guides) identify those third parties' own events or products and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

Apps and Google Play

Released YahHeard apps are distributed through Google Play and are additionally governed by the terms shown in each store listing and by Google Play's own terms of service. Payments, refunds and store accounts are Google Play matters and never pass through this website. Apps described as entertainment — such as Spirit Board — are exactly that, and make no supernatural or scientific claims. Informational apps — such as EDS & Hypermobility Help UK — are resources, not medical advice.

Acceptable Use

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent YahHeard content as your own, or use the site's content to impersonate YahHeard. That is the whole list — the site is meant to be read, shared and enjoyed.

Availability and Changes

The site may change, gain pages, lose pages or be temporarily unavailable at any time without notice. These terms may be updated as the site evolves; the date above always reflects the current version.

Honest Limits

YahHeard takes real care over accuracy, but to the extent permitted by law accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content — including in-development descriptions that later change — or from third-party sites reached through links. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be raised via the contact page.
