Found something that looks like a security problem in a YahHeard app or this site? Please report it privately once the contact address appears here rather than publicly, so it can be fixed first.

A public contact email address is being set up and will appear on this page. Until then, the support centre's self-service help is the fastest route, and released apps can be reviewed and discussed on their Google Play listings.

What to include

For app problems, these details turn a mystery into a fix:

  • App name and version (shown in the app's settings or on Google Play).
  • Android version and device model.
  • Steps to reproduce: what you did, what you expected, what happened.
  • A screenshot where the problem is visible.
Never send passwords, payment-card information, API keys, private medical records or any personal information beyond what the problem needs. No legitimate YahHeard reply will ask for them.
