A developer tool rather than a consumer product. It is run locally from source and is not distributed.
Getting started
Install Developer Resource Vault from its Google Play listing. The app is offline-first: its core features work without a connection.
- Searchable offline catalogue of free APIs, datasets, SDKs, models, assets and self-hosted tools
- Per-entry trust levels — verified, partial or unknown — with evidence URLs and check dates
- "Unknown" is preferred to a fabricated quota, licence or capability
- Link, licence and duplicate checks that use only public URLs and no credentials
Common problems
The app is misbehaving or running slowly
- Swipe the app away from Recents and reopen it.
- Check Google Play for an update.
- Clear the app's cache (Android Settings → Apps → Resource Vault → Storage → Clear cache) — this keeps your data.
Where is my data, and how do I delete it?
Preferences persist in the browser profile until its site data is cleared. Clear the browser's site data for the local address to remove personal state. Full details are on the Resource Vault privacy page.
Does it really work offline?
Yes — the core of Resource Vault is built to work with no signal at all. Anything that does use the network is listed on the privacy page, and none of it is required for everyday use.
Battery and performance tips
Resource Vaultavoids background work beyond what its features need. If Android's battery optimisation interferes with reminders or timers, exempt the app in Android Settings → Battery → Battery optimisation.
Accessibility

- Works entirely without a network connection
Accessibility problems are treated as bugs — reports are very welcome.
