Scores and progression are local. No account or connection is needed, and the game includes no analytics or advertising.

Development status: Orbit: Last Signal is still in development and is not yet available on Google Play. This page describes, from the current source code, how the app is being designed to behave. It will be finalised as the formal privacy policy before any release, and updated if behaviour changes.
