Progress Universe

Progress Universe computes progress on your device. Widget configurations and histories are stored locally; the current build has no network features.

Development status: Progress Universe is still in development and is not yet available on Google Play. This page describes, from the current source code, how the app is being designed to behave. It will be finalised as the formal privacy policy before any release, and updated if behaviour changes.

Information the App Accesses

  • Step-count sensor data, only for step-based widgets you create

  • Widget configurations, sources and progress history

Information Transmitted Off the Device

Nothing. Progress has no mechanism for uploading your data.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

No data is shared with third parties. The app contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.

Optional alerts when a tracked progress reaches milestones you set.

Physical activity (optional)

Declared for the step-based progress source. Only used if you create a widget that counts steps.

Configurations stay on the device until you remove the widget or clear app data.

Progress is a general-audience app. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If the app's behaviour changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Material changes for a released app will also be reflected in its Google Play listing.
